Trip to Atlanta!

We took a trip to Atlanta for Cass to go to a conference and to purchase things for the preschool space from Ikea and The Pottery Barn Outlet. We went on a weekend and Mimi and Poppy (the boys new name for PawPaw) were still out of town so we had a few days to ourselves! These are in backwards order but you can see our trip!
Daddy got cotton candy at registration for his conference and the boys had fun eating it and playing with it! Calder is trying to make a beard!
And Caden made a beard, too! Actually, he did it first and Calder copied!
Caden has been wanting silly string for FOREVER and we finally got him some and he attacked Poppy with it! It made him SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy to have it!
Calder was not such a big fan of silly string!
Cass and MB ran some errands one night and Mimi let them play in the dirt...which they thought was GREAT! What boy doesn't love playing in dirt? We told them they can only dig in Mimi's planters...not the ones at our house!

We go strawberry picking every year...we have since before Caden was born! It's just something Cass and I love to do in the Spring! We went to Washington Farms in Watkinsville, GA and got some beautiful and yummy strawberries! While we were out that night, before they played in dirt, Mimi let them dip some in chocolate! YOu can tell who did which ones!
Having fun dipping their strawberries!

Look how big this one was! They were HUGE!!! I put it next to the phone just to compare the size!
Our trays of strawberries!
Two buckets full!
Every time we go, we eat at the Taco Stand before we head back! It's a different Mexican place but we really like it. They have great chips and queso!
The pretty peacock at the strawberry patch!
Daddy and Calder looking at the peacocoks!
Cass and the boys checking out the bunnies!
Caden took this picture! He did a pretty good job! We rarely get pictures together these days but if he can start taking them, we may get a few more!
The boys looking at the goats!
Washing hands with Mommy!
Duck races!!!! Caden's FAVORITE part! You pump the water to make the ducks go down the tubes and race the people beside you!
Daddy petting the goats!
Caden feeding grass to the goats!
Calder feeding them, too!
Daddy being a kid!
Working hard!
Calder wanted a turn! My turn, my turn!

Walking to put the berries in the van!
The four of us after we picked our berries!

Cutie, Caden, sitting in the strawberry patch!
Mommy picking some, too!
Caden needed to try a bite!
Calder liked picking the green ones...not sure why...but he had a blast!
Mommy and Calder! We were partners picking our berries!
He got a red one!!
Look how pretty!

First time to pick! He was too little last year!
Another taste!
We met our friends, Sommer and Joseph, in Macon on Sunday after church so we could see them and Grace! They are having another little boy, Tate, in June so we wanted to see them before he arrived! We wish they were closer! We ate at Pig in a Pit, went to a park then got some ice cream at Baskin-Robbins! Caden is enjoying his sherbet!
Calder got a chocolate chip cookie dough cone!
Grace, Caden and Calder on the playground! Wish they could play all the time!
SO cute!
Cass and Joseph with Caden and Grace! Wish Cass and Joseph could hang out more often!
Calder loved swinging!

Riding his bike in Mimi and Poppy's driveway! We took their bikes because we were there for over a week and we knew they would want to ride them!
Can't quite pedal yet!

He looks like he doesn't know what's going on!

Riding the roller racer and beep beep! Toys from my childhood :)

Buzz Lightyear rocket sprinkler that Mimi left for them!
